I was tasked with helping GameSpot develop original programming and launch a fresh slate of recurring formats. That included Star Players, a celebrity gaming interview series with interactive gameplay, Get Good, a breakdown of the mechanics and communities behind the most challenging franchises, How It Saved, a mini-doc series exploring pivotal turning points in gaming history, and Spot On, a weekly news show that picked one big story and dug in instead of just skimming the headlines. These new formats helped grow GameSpot’s audience, and gave the sales team formats they could actually sell (and did!)
